Exchange and Return Policy

At Liwadates, we make sure that all of our products arrive at the specified shipping address in perfect condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the order when you receive it, please contact us via email: customercare@liwadates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a detailed description and photos of the product, to request an exchange or refund.

Due to the fresh nature of our products, any order placed without supporting documents (description and photos) will not be eligible for reshipment.
The company reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges.

Liwadates is not responsible for delivery failure in the following cases:

  • When entering an invalid or outdated address.
  • The recipient is not present at the delivery location.
  • Failure to provide us with an alternative/new address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
  • Orders returned or forwarded due to wrong addresses will be subject to additional charges as per the shipping company’s charges in the destination country.

Replacement and Refund

All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting customer service: customercare@liwadates.com

Once the order is approved, the replacement product is shipped within 2-5 business days.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
It may take 10 to 30 business days for the amount to appear in the account.

Exchanges or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged during delivery.
  • If the product is defective or expired.
  • If a different product is shipped than ordered.
