Shipping information

To ensure that products are delivered fresh, Liwa Dates always offers an express shipping service. Thus, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of order acceptance (Saturday to Thursday) and will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Liwa Dates is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, customs or legal requirements.

Our products are sold on the basis of paid delivery charges. For all other regions, the cost and method of shipping can be determined using the table below. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment, or individual package to an individual address; multiple orders and shipments will result in multiple shipping charges.

We will not sell, trade, rent, or disclose any information to any third party outside of this site, or its affiliated sites, and information will only be disclosed if ordered to do so by any judicial or regulatory authority.

By placing an international order (shipping outside the UAE), you are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations and restrictions of your country. Liwa Dates cannot be held liable for any tax including but not limited to VAT, tariff, duties, fees, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc. in all their linguistic terms that your country requires for the importation of consumer goods.

Any shipment weighing more than 7 kg will be subject to multiple shipping and will be split into two or more shipments. No additional shipping cost will be charged.
